Our refund policy last for 72 hours, if 72 hours have gone after your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging to complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your bank account. For exchange we only replace items if they are detective or damaged.
All damaged or defective items claims must be made or reported within 24 hours of receiving your order .
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items . In refund the cost of shipping are non refundable if you received a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted.
